I will connect to mine and your Spirit Guides (yes we all have them) to look at areas of your life where you feel you may benefit from a change. Together we will work through what you want to focus on so that you can find your path, better connect with yourself and the things that you value and also work to unblock any negative patterns that are not in your highest good.
These sessions are very interactive and will focus on your area(s) of focus and really importantly what you are going to do as ‘homework’ to start work on turning things around.
Together we will incorporate the guidance received and any messages that come through to develop your plan for your life going forward.
I consider this to be sacred work and am honoured to be able to help clients who wish to deepen their connection to their higher and authentic self and learn to love themselves on a deeper level.
