A girl can never have too many crystals – can she? I must confess I’m bit addicted to them. I do use some for divination work, i.e. to help me work with or call in Spirit when I’m doing readings. I also use them for me to recharge if I’ve had a long day. That’s what the Clear Crystal Quartz Point and the Smokey Crystal Quartz Point is used for (picture 1 below).
You place the clear crystal quartz point in your left hand with the point facing up your arm. You place the smokey quartz point in your right hand facing outwards or away from your body. Close your eyes and breathe and feel the recharging energy entering you in your left hand and the weariness and low energy feelings leaving via your right hand.
